Birth Doula Support Services
What’s included in this package:
Two prenatal house call visits to review your plan and prep for the big day.
Unlimited text or phone support in early pregnancy and early labor to answer questions.
On call for you starting at 38 weeks.
Continuous in-person support during active labor. Option for earlier support on a case by case basis.
One postpartum visit for follow up and to provide support, resources where needed.

After spending over 20 years as a registered nurse, including extensive education as a clinician in women’s health/labor and delivery, I decided to pivot my attention solely to serving women as a DONA trained birth doula. Labor in all of its stages is a very vulnerable process where all of the emotions are felt. It’s an empowering, momentous time that has impact, yet can also result in the laboring person feeling susceptible, isolated, scared, or even alone in a room full of people. In my own labors and deliveries I was most comforted when I didn’t feel alone. I thrived when I wasn’t lost to the process or in the passenger seat, rather empowered to labor how I wanted and needed to. That’s exactly the type of support I endeavor to give to you - the type of support every laboring woman deserves.
When you invite me into your labor & delivery, it is my honor and privilege to support you, your family & loved ones, and your birthing process. I provide physical and emotional support that is evidence based, safe, compassionate, uplifting, and tailored to your personal labor needs. No labor is one size fits all - I advocate for the labor YOU desire and will partner with you and yours as you navigate through all of the stages. I will never overstep or make decisions for you. Neither will I judge the type of labor you plan. Rather, I will be the anchor that keeps you steady in the unpredictable seas of labor. I’ll keep you focused on the type of birth you are aiming for and support you throughout, even if plans change. It’s my pleasure to provide the calm strength you need during this exciting time. I’ll keep the world, the doubt, and the concerns at bay. We just might have some fun together too.
